5 x mussels

- 1kg Zeeland mussels
- 1 dl dry white wine
- 50 gr butter
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 50 gr smoked eel cut into pieces
- 50 gr Grany Smith apple peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 branches of celery cut into very fine pieces
- zeste and juice of ½ lemon
- Rinse the mussels and cook them with the butter, cayenne, curry and white wine.
- When the mussels are ready add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
- Cover and let this rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve when all mussels are open.
- Enjoy!
