Ingredienten
  • 200 gr home-made waffle mix
  • 400 gr plant based milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or other plant based oil (no olive oil!)
Werkwijze
  1. Mix all the ingredients while you heat your waffle iron.
  2. Grease the waffle iron and pour in the batter. Don’t use to much otherwise it will spill.
  3. Bake your waffles for about 4 minutes and serve them with fresh fruits and maybe some sugar.
  4. Enjoy!
Nota's
This recipe is enough for 12 waffles with a normal waffle iron or 6 big round waffles (KitchenAid waffle iron).
