Ingredienten
  • 1 package Albert Heijn Gluten free pancake mix
  • 800 ml almond (or other plant based milk)
  • 200 gr pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • baking spray
Werkwijze
  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Grease the waffle iron with the baking spray and start baking your waffles.
  4. This is enough for 4 large waffles.
