Ingredienten
  • Juice of 1 grapfruit
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp chiaseeds
Werkwijze
  1. Mix the juice and the chiaseeds and stir well.
  2. Let this rest for at least 5 minutes in the fridge.
  3. When the mixture has the consistency of a pudding you can eat it.
  4. Easy as that!
  5. Serve with a blueberrie, mango and kiwi salad. Great!
