salmon tartar
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Hass avocado's
  • 2 limes
  • very good extra vergine olive oil
  • pepper and seasalt
  • rucola for the finishing touch
  1. Cut the salmon small pieces you can make them as big or small as you like.
  2. Season with pepper and salt, olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Cut the avocado into small cubes just before serving and season with lime juice, olive oil, pepper and salt. You might want to add some lime zest for an extra crunch or bite.
  4. Serve with the rucola.
