Ingredienten
  • 1 egg
  • 1,5 tbsp (gf) soy sauce
  • 150 ml vegetable oil (corn or groundnut - no olive oil)
  • 1,5 tbsp mustard (I use Camps)
  • 1 tsp wasabipaste
  • pepper for seasoning
  • leftover chicken or some broiled chicken filet
  • fresh herbs such as dill, basil, parsley, cilantro, chives
  • (gf) brown bread
Werkwijze
  1. Start by preparing the mayo. Add all the ingredients for the mayo to your blender and blend until you have a smooth mayo.
  2. Mix the mayo with the chicken.
  3. Put the chicken salad on a slice of bread and finish with the herbs.
  4. Presto!
