This salad is so easy and yummie for a nice dessert or as an afternoon snack.

Recipe type: Fruit salad
- 2 grapefruits - peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 oranges - peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 kiwis - peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 limes squeezed into juice
- 1 grany smith apple - peeled and cut into pieces
- ½ tbsp cardamom
- 1 hand of fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and let this marinate for at least 1 hour.
