Chickpea Salad with tuna
– 2 cans of chickpeas – rinced and drained
– 1 large can of tuna – drained
– juice of 2 lemons
– 4 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
– Pepper and salt for seasoning
– 16 cherry tomatoes, cut in 2
– 1 red onion, finely chopped
– 1 can of corn, drained
– 1 handful of aragula
Mix everything together and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
