Chai latte…how I just like the words….and then the taste….nom nom as we say!
When I found this great recipe for Chai Cashew Ice Cream on the Minimalist Baker, I knew I just needed to try this out.
Vegan ice cream? Yep it is possible, but I must admit, you need to eat it the day you prepare it because the structure changes overnight in the freezer and gone is the great ice cream!
You will need some patience for this recipe. Cashews need to soak overnight for the best result (believe me, they do – 4 hours is not enough!)
