Another very easy breakfast recipe. When you wake up, run to you kitchen and preheat your oven at 200°C. Then go and have you shower, brush your hair, get dressed or whatever you do before breakfast. Before you start making your coffee, juice or tea you cut a grapefruit lengthwise in two halves. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and put them in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes et voilà. How easy can it be? I serve them with some granola for extra crunch.
